I am constantly working to perfect and design better bags. I came out with at least four new designs in 2019, and 2020 is slated to have even more.
I run a closed FB group called "Sally Ann: Behind the Scenes" where I share new prototypes, sell the first few at prototype prices, and share sneak peeks as I'm tweaking new designs. Visit our FB page and click on groups to join.
I update the ready to ship section throughout the week, as new bags are finished. I aim for updates every Friday as well.
Custom orders vary. When we receive your order, it enters our work line, that has other orders and bags in line in front of yours. Once the order goes through, you bag may not be 'next in line', and will be placed accordingly to be fair to other clients ahead of you.
Please do not assume the moment you place your order the fabric is cut and started to be made. We take great pride in each and every bag, and they all get their respective production time according to the date order was placed.
Most large bags ship within 4 weeks, 6 weeks max.
Smaller bags have a 2-4 week turn around.
If you need your bag for an upcoming trip or by a certain day, and it is close to the 4-6 week period, please note this at checkout so we can be sure it gets to you in time.
If you need your order rushed, there is a $50 fee. Read on further on this FAQ for more information.
ABSOLUTELY. Just schedule and appointment and it will take about 30 minutes to pick all the colors together. It's a really fun process and I recommend this for all local clients + custom bags.
Yes! Use the coupon code 'localpickup' and arrange pickup during our regular business hours. We hold approx 10a-6p hours, five days of the week. Message week of pickup to arrange time to be sure we are there (it's that toddler mom life, amiright?).

Basically: we can make anything in our existing catalog of designs in the color you desire. Our swatch book online shows a handful of colors in certain fabric, but our textile collection is so big, it's easier, for now, for us to go on a case by case basis and send you swatches directly until we can settle on a combination together.
Click on the far right SHOP button and shop any items. In the note to checkout, include the colors you'd like, and we communicate with swatches and colors AFTER purchase.
Email/IG message/Facebook message us on the respective Sally Ann page to be sure we can accommodate your requests.
The standard rush fee is $50. You will receive your bag in 1-2 weeks, versus the 4-6 week standard delivery time.

This is why it is important to communicate very clearly on what you are looking for in your bag. The designs on this site reflect the bag you will get, refer to the studio photos for details of stitching and dimensions. The variance is in the color in the textiles, and we are as intentional as we can be to show you the EXACT shade of the fabric in all studio shots and swatch photos.
Note: creative shoots with post editing do not reflect the actual color.
We can make your bag vegan friendly upon request. The majority of our bags are made using a faux leather, but the branded tags on the outside and interior tags are hand stamped leather. Upon request, we can leave off the exterior tag and screenprint the interior one.
Just leave a note at checkout, and no leather will be used on your bag.
We cannot alter any ready made items once they are finished. They are sold as is.
Our bags are made with the upmost engineering and craftsmanship to ensure they last for the long term, but shit happens. If something breaks on your bag, shoot me a DM or email to explain what happened. If it's my fault, and a simple error, it's a free fix, you just have to pay the shipping back to me.

If the damage is from misuse or something (ex. hauling an extremely heavy load, or dragging your bag on cement), there will be a fee to repair your bag agreed upon before you ship it back to me.
We accept fabrics and textiles to be utilized in the production to make your bag more special. Leather coats, sentimental fabrics, etc. DM for more info and with other questions.
We can also add a small phrase to the interior leather tag, like "Happy Birthday, Rachael" or "I love you, Judith".
Some clients request phrases that are special to their partner, like their wedding song or a line from their favorite song. As long as it is just a few words, we can add it to your bag for a $25 fee. We hand stamp the leather tags in house. Add THIS to your order for a custom tag and leave the phrase in the note at checkout.
I'm working on a way to ensure repeat customers can save on their purchases, but it's still in budgeting phases.
In 2020, I'm going to introduce a monthly payment plan option, to break up the cost of purchases. It will include a quarterly bag delivered to your door.
We also accept Sezzle as a form of payment at checkout. They break your purchase into four payments, but it requires approval through their site.
